Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee’s Department of Management Studies (DOMS) has released the IIT Roorkee MBA placement report 2024-25 on the official website. This year, the average CTC offered to students has been increased from Rs 16.8 LPA to Rs 18.3 LPA. The institute has achieved a 100% placement record in various sectors namely Analytics, Consulting, BFSI, FMCG, ITES, Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics. 

The number of companies visited during this placement season was 50+ corporates including new recruiters. DOMS has notified that this year, the median package offered was Rs 18.09 LPA, while the Indian Institute of Technology lowest package stood at Rs 11.6 LPA. IIT Roorkee highest package offered was Rs. 27.94 LPA.

The placement process at IIT Roorkee is divided into three stages. 

• Phase 1 - involves sending pertinent material and a job annexure to companies via email/post. 
• Phase 2 - The IIT Roorkee placement authorities assign a specific date to the employer based on the student's ranking.
• Phase 3 - Students express their willingness to work for their chosen company by enrolling online. Companies come to the Institute's campus to undertake their selection procedure.

• Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has maintained a 100% placement record in the 2024-25 placement drive.
• The IIT Roorkee highest package offered to students was Rs 27.94 LPA per annum.
• IIT Roorkee placements 2024 welcomed 50+ companies including Accenture, Adani, Bank of America, Deloitte, EXL, and EY.
• A total of 24 PPOs (Pre-Placement Offers) were made at IIT Roorkee placements.
