Priyadarshini Group of Colleges, Nagpur Training and Placement cell not only aims to provide best employment opportunities and world-class training to the students of the Institute but also actively conducts programs such as Pre - Placement Talk, Online Assessment Tests, Seminars & Guest Lectures, Summer Internship Programme and provides rigorous technical training to the students. The Priyadarshini Group of Colleges, Nagpur Training and Placement cell is also well equipped with ample infrastructure in terms of Seminar Halls, Presentations, Meeting/Consultancy Hall for discussions, vocational training during winter/ summer vacations.

As far as the recruitment process of Priyadarshini Group of Colleges, Nagpur Training and Placement cell is concerned, every year more than 40 companies visit the college for campus recruitment. For the corporate recruitment training that is given to the students include computer training, interpersonal skills, leadership training, time management diversity, customer service, communication, organization etc. From the college, more than 50% of students have been placed in companies like Infosys, TCS, L & T Infotech, Tech Mahindra, HSBC, WIPRO etc.
