NIMS University is a private university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and was established in 2008 by Prof Dr Balvir S. Tomar under the NIMS University Act. The Government of India recognises NIMS University as per the provisions of section 2(f) of the University Grants Commissions Act (UGC), 1956.
