YCCE admission to BTech is through the CAP process which is a counselling process expected to be held from June to August 2024. MHT CET 2024 exam is ongoing for PCM group. The exam will be held on May 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, and 17. Results for the MHT CET 2024 exam are expected to be out in the second week of June 2024. YCCE fees for BTech is Rs 53,000 - 6,55,000 annually.

Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE) Admissions 2025

YCCE admission to its courses is done based on entrance exams and merit in the qualifying exam. The college accepts MHT-CET for UG engineering programs and GATE for PG engineering programs. YCCE M.Tech Admission

For Maharashtra Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates

  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only);
  • Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought;
  • Obtained score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE-2017) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology;

OR

For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

YCCE B.Tech Admission

( For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate )

  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
  • and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 conducted by the Competent Authority;


( All India Candidature Candidates )

  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
  • and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 or JEE Main Paper-I conducted by the Competent Authority;
