Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE) Admissions 2025

YCCE admission to its courses is done based on entrance exams and merit in the qualifying exam. The college accepts MHT-CET for UG engineering programs and GATE for PG engineering programs. Candidates must also ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for the respective courses before applying for YCCE admission.

YCCE Admission Process 2025

1. Eligibility Check: Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen program (10+2 for UG and B.E./B.Tech for PG).
2. Application Form: Fill out the application form available on the official website.
3. Entrance Exam: Appear for MHT-CET or GATE on the scheduled date.
4. Document Submission: Submit required documents like mark sheets, certificates, and ID proof.
5. Counseling Process: Participate in CAP counseling sessions as scheduled.
6. Fee Payment: Complete the admission by paying the necessary fees.

YCCE M.Tech Admission

For Maharashtra Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates

• The Candidate should be an Indian National;
• Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only);
• Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought;
• Obtained score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE-2017) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology;

OR

For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

YCCE B.Tech Admission

( For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate )

• The Candidate should be an Indian National;
• Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
• and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 conducted by the Competent Authority;

( All India Candidature Candidates )

• The Candidate should be an Indian National;
• Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
• and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 or JEE Main Paper-I conducted by the Competent Authority;
