It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and is an ISO 9001:2008 institution. Apart from that, NHEI Bangalore is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by AICTE as well. Among the many surveys that are conducted by different rating agencies, NHEI has been ranked as one of the top private institutions in India. According to the ‘Dataquest T-school’ Survey, the engineering college of NHEI known as NHCE (New Horizon College of Engineering) bagged the 1st position in Karnataka and 12th position in India among the best private tech schools. Another survey was conducted by Higher Education Review Magazine, according to which the MBA course of NHCE Bangalore is ranked number 1 in Karnataka in terms of placement. New Horizon Educational Institution (NHEI) campus is located in the heart of Bangalore city surrounded by top MNC’s. The institution has a state-of-the-art infrastructure and provides all the modern facilities needed by the students in today’s era. The college has spacious and well-ventilated lecture halls equipped with the latest technology which enables a smooth teaching-learning process. There is an auditorium with a seating capacity of 700 which is mainly utilized for carrying out activities such as paper presentations, seminars, workshops, debates, guest lectures, and inter-collegiate competitions. The conference rooms and seminar halls are mainly used to conduct campus recruitment and board meetings. Other than that, there are video conference rooms in the institution that are used as an online classroom and allow people from different locations to communicate through two-way video and audio transmissions. Each institution that belongs to the NHEI group holds a large collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, reports, case studies, training manuals, databases, audio-visuals and etc. The institute also focuses on the development skills of faculty and the supporting staff. For that, NHEI has established a Quality Assessment and Skill Development Center (QASDC) which helps to strengthen the capability and skills of faculties.
To make students free from the worries of transportation, NHEI Bangalore runs a fleet of well-maintained buses for students as well as staff. NHEI also gives utmost importance to sports activities and provide all the possible facilities in this area.
