Learners may have the option to pay directly to trainers or service providers, in which case Online Career Dekho shall not be responsible for any transaction made between the trainer and learner.
- Refunds shall be considered only where there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service or product purchased from Online Career Dekho.
- If a customer has paid for a service and later requests a refund solely due to a change of mind, the refund shall not be considered.
- Refund requests shall not be entertained within 48 hours of the scheduled event or service date mentioned on the website.
- However, Online Career Dekho may provide the option to utilize the paid amount for an alternative service of equal value.
- If a refund request is raised after the completion of the service or event, and completion has been communicated through email or any other form of communication, such requests shall be deemed invalid.
- If the refund request is approved by Online Career Dekho, the refund shall be processed and communicated via email. The process may take up to 21 (twenty-one) business days and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- If an event is cancelled by the trainer or service provider, the refund process may take up to 21 (twenty-one) business days.
- Refunds shall be made only against service charges. Any taxes paid during the transaction are non-refundable.
- All refund requests along with service details must be emailed from the registered email address to the official customer support email of Online Career Dekho.
For Trainers / Partners
- If a refund request is raised after 48 hours of membership approval, and the approval has already been communicated via email or any other official communication channel, such refund requests shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
II. Website Usage
- Online Career Dekho is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of this website.
- You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the website.
